SHIPPING INFO
Generally, all orders are shipped within 3-14 business days after your order has been placed. If you are getting a unit customized it can take longer due to units being customized in the order that the orders were placed. Please allow up to 2 days for Hairweavekilla to process and approve your order for shipping. If you have a deadline, hair appointment, or other engagement, we strongly recommend that you place your order 2-3 weeks in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. If you would like to add insurance or signature requests to your package please send us a message. An additional amount will be added for this service. We will contact you about the extra fee.
LATE/DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Hairweavekilla will not be responsible for late or delayed shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, and/or carrier delays. Please keep in mind, observed holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
FAILED DELIVERY/REFUSED SHIPMENTS/INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
